I always feel odd calling these dishcloths. I don’t want to pigeonhole them for only kitchen use, but I had to call them something.

Chain 28
Row 1: HDC in 2nd CH from hook = 27 HDC
Row 2: CH 1, turn. HDC in 1st stitch, *CH 1, SK next stitch, HDC in next stitch*, repeat until last 2 stitches. CH 1, SK 2nd to last stitch, HDC in last stitch.
Row 3: CH 1, turn. LHDC in 1st stitch of previous row, *CH 1, SK next stitch, LHDC into top of HDC in previous row*, repeat until last 2 stitches. CH 1, SK 2nd to last stitch, HDC in last stitch.
